All families of scholarships recipients are required to provide a ‘service’ during the scholarship period to help with fundraising activities. You may volunteer your time (4-6 hrs) working CJA fundraising events, secure items and/or services for CJA raffles and auctions, and help with CJA fundraising at public performances and events.
Please check to acknowledge that you understand this service requirement.
Consistent attendance is mandatory for scholarship recipients. More than two (2) unexcused absences during the scholarship period will place the scholarship student on probation. Failure to notifythe director of absences, and ‘casual’ attendance will terminate the student’s scholarship.
Please check to acknowledge that you understand this attendance requirement.
Scholarship recipients are expected to practice three (3) hours per week at a minimum. The goal is to show improvement, and more practice hours may be required to improve. Failure to practice the minimum required amount, and failure follow your instructor’s practice instructions will remove your eligibility for future scholarship consideration.
Please check to acknowledge that you understand this practice requirement.
